Ingredients
4 cups (960 mL) Oasis Orange Pure Breakfast
4 cups (960 mL) Oasis Tropical Passion
¼ cup (60 mL) grenadine
2 cups (500 mL) sparkling water
1 cup (250 mL) lemon-lime soda
For an alcoholic version (optional)
Add to taste one of the following :
Rum and coconut liqueur
Raspberry-flavoured vodka
Orange liqueur
For the ice ring
2 small oranges, sliced
1 cup (250 G) fresh cranberries
3 fresh rosemary sprigs (leaves)
Preparation
- On the bottom of a baking tin (ideally silicone), overlap the orange slices slightly. Add cranberries and sprinkle with rosemary leaves. Pour water into the mold to a height of about 1 inch (2.5 cm). Freeze for 8 to 10 hours until completely set.
- Just before serving, mix both Oasis Orange Pure Breakfast and Tropical Passion juices with grenadine, sparkling water and lemon-lime soda in a punch bowl.
- To make it easier to remove the ice ring from the mold, soak the underside of the mold in a bowl of hot water. Carefully unmold and place it in the punch bowl.
